What Are You Doing For Thanksgiving?
Many people do many different things on Thanksgiving. I, for one, am the exception to the rule that all you are allowed to eat on Thanksgiving is turkey. For Thanksgiving and every other holiday, my family and I eat spaghetti and meatballs because we are all Italian. My grandmother (Nani is what we call her) is from Sicily, Italy and moved to the United States when she was around 10, but still has a strong accent and a love for being in the kitchen. She seriously makes the BEST meatballs you could ever ask for and hope to taste. No other restaurant even comes close to her skills! Hopefully, one day, you guys will get to experience these tasty treats.
As for now, think about this: Where do you come from? What are your traditions for holidays? Do you like these traditions or do you wish things would change?
This Thanksgiving, I hope you really take the time to really sit and think of all the blessings you have ever been given in life. We take so many things for granted every day, and this Thursday is the perfect time to sit and reflect on what you are truly thankful for. And trust me, everyone has at least one thing in their life that they are thankful for!
Be Thankful
